Description
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs for a variety of projects, such as branding, marketing materials, digital designs, and print layouts.
- Develop concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate ideas and messages.
- Collaborate with team members, including project managers, marketers, and other designers, to ensure designs align with project goals and objectives.
- Stay uptodate with design trends and software advancements to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining highquality standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
