• IT Sales Associate

An IT sales personnel is expected to work with clients to assist them in finding the best technological support to suit their business needs.

They may be required to work in providing a detailed report of technology available to meet the customer needs, negotiate sales agreement as well as provide post-sales support.

• Communicating with customers to develop an understanding about their specific business needs
• Documentation of the features of employer's systems and processes to offer most appropriate support to customers
• Remaining upto date with the changing software systems
• Coldcalling and use of networking to create awareness about the offered products and services, leading to generation of new leads
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations of software to potential clients.
• Provide assistance to customers in all aspects of using the software and developing effective sales plans
• Meet sales targets
• Networking with existing clients to update them about new products and service

• A good level of technical understanding and upto date knowledge of the industry
• Working knowledge on ERP sales

• Diploma or Masters in Computer Science or related course to have a better understanding of different software and dashboard functions
