    With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.

    Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.

    Designation - Site Engineer (Civil)

    About the Role:

    • We are Hiring passionate Individuals who have the desire to excel personally & professionally, are well versed in project management and are capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

    You will be responsible for submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans to the customer on-site.


    Job description:

    • Responsible for managing and executing projects, including time, quality control and being accountable for project directionEnsured accurate setting out and leveling of the works are in accordance with the drawings/ specificationsSupervised construction and building works are as IS standardsProduced and logged photographic recordsSurveyed the construction site to ensure the finished grades were as per designAttended construction progress meetings with Clients and senior EngineersStrategic planner and creative problem solverGood organizational and analytical abilitiesFlexible to work across all areas of the business, and hours to meet the requirements of the challenging positionClient handling experience and contractor ManagementDelay Management and Time ManagementCapable of Managing projects in all stagesSupervising construction and building works as per QCS and I.
    S standardsDelivering projects to the required quality, timeline and budget Technical

    Qualifications:
    8 years experience in civil constructionHaving work experience in handling residential project will be a plusB Tech/BE
    • CivilFlexible to site visits.
    Good Communication - Local Languages.

    Skills:

    • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, STAAD-PRO, Revit Architecture, MS Office, MS Project
