    Job Description

    We are looking to hire for Site Engineer/ Project Manager role, candidate with 2+ years experience in site engineering, you will be the face of PRAGATHI PROJECTS at our project sites. This role demands a proactive and diligent professional who will represent our company with the client and other project stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in managing project timelines, ensuring the highest quality of work, and facilitating seamless communication between the site and our design team.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all on-site interactions with clients and other agencies involved in the project.


    • Precision in vocal and mailing skills to ensure good communication with stake holders and recording critical documents for the project.


    • Generate, Monitor and manage project schedules at micro/macro levels.


    • ⁠Track / ensure all milestones are met within the agreed timelines.


    •Oversee quality control on-site, addressing and resolving issues as they arise.


    • Clarify any doubts regarding project specifications and requirements by liaising with the design team.


    • Conduct regular progress meetings and report on project status to senior management.


    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.


    • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.


    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


    • Proven ability to manage and lead on-site project teams.


    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
