Content Researcher and Writer

Qualifications:
Mass Communication, Journalism, BA English (Hons), History (Hons) Sociology, B.Ed. (Educational Background). Must be from Delhi University.

We are a young tech startup, with the aim to drive Transformational Social Change at scale, in the Blue-Collar Universe of 1Bn workers across South Asia, through Skilling, Jobs & Career growth, Social Platforms and Financial Inclusion.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research on educational topics, trends, and curriculum requirements.
Develop content outlines and writing plans based on research findings.
Write and edit highquality educational content.
Stay updated on industry developments, educational standards, and best practices in content creation.
Incorporate feedback and revisions into content based on stakeholder input and user feedback.
Maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all content produced.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mass communication, Journalism, Sociology, or B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
25 years of experience in content research and writing, preferably in an educational or related field.
Excellent research, writing, and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.
