Responsibilities:

Collaboration: Partner with development, production, and design teams to enhance player experiences. Contribute to feature planning, data analysis, and comprehensive feature/design reviews.

Quality Testing: Perform game testing, bug reporting, and offer constructive feedback for game quality improvement.

Test Planning: Create end-to-end test plans tailored to your area, ensuring comprehensive quality assessment.

Data-Driven Strategy: Use internal and external data to establish a data-centric verification strategy for enhanced quality.

Knowledge Sharing: Lead knowledge-sharing projects across QA teams, promoting ongoing process improvement.

What you'll contribute to:
You'll help enhance gaming experiences, driving decisions through data analysis, and collaborating within a team environment. Your testing expertise will directly help maintain the quality of our mobile games.

How success will be measured:

Your progress will be measured through the quality and of your bug reporting, the effectiveness of your test plans, and the impact of your data-driven decisions on overall player satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
5 years of relevant experience.
Related to game design.
Familiarity with quality assurance techniques, methodologies, and frameworks.
Background in collaborative work within integrated product teams, emphasizing Development and QA collaboration.

This is a full-time role based out of our EA Hyderabad based office. You'll be reporting to a Development Manager for mentorship and guidance.
