Sr. Student Support Executive

Location - Pune

Experience required: 3+years


Must to have skills :
Strong verbal and written Communication, Student Support, support experience,

Sr. Student Support will be responsible for ensuring excellent learner experience on Edtech Platform by ensuring excellent support services.

You will be responsible for prompt and effective addressal and resolution of queries and concerns shared by learners on various platform

You should be able to furnish user with the relevant and accurate information as requested and guide them with the learning process


You are expected to be able to guide learners with the courses and other services offered on EdTech Platform which are relevant and beneficial as per users requirements and aspirations.


You will be expected to coordinate with different teams (IT, Marketing, Academic, Sales) to ensure prompt and effective query resolution.


Job Requirement:
Should have at least 3 years experience in Student Support

Preferable to have support experience in Education Industry

Preferable to have support experience with International Client Base

Should be proficient in English Language

Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)

Ambitous and Looking forward to a High Growth Professioanly and Personally

Self-Motivated, Performance-Oriented, and can work with mínimal monitoring and supervision


Salary:
₹700, ₹800,000.00 per year

Experience:
