Description

Supervising Production Activities:
Directly oversee day-to-day production activities, including scheduling, coordinating workflows, and assigning tasks to production workers.

Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor production staff to foster a positive work environment and maximize productivity. Provide training as needed and address any performance issues promptly.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular safety inspections, implement corrective measures, and promote safety awareness among team members.
Quality Control: Monitor production processes to maintain highquality standards and ensure compliance with specifications. Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and address any qualityrelated issues in a timely manner.
Production Planning: Collaborate with management and other departments to develop production schedules, set production goals, and prioritize tasks to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods, and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely supply and distribution.
Performance Monitoring: Track production metrics, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
Troubleshooting: Address any operational issues or equipment malfunctions that may arise during production. Coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve technical problems and minimize downtime.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory logs, and employee records. Prepare regular reports for management to evaluate performance and make informed decisions.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, increase productivity, and streamline operations. Encourage innovation and implement best practices to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Fresher BE EEE,ECE & 2+ years of experience Diploma BE EEE,ECE in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, manufacturing (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and technologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions under pressure, and solve problems effectively
Understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands
