Description
Liaise with managers to get a clear view of their strategic objectives and hiring needs.

  • Create and finetune JDs for each specific role in partnership with respective hiring and HR managers.
  • Research sourcing techniques as per standard norms and common practice.
  • Search resumes databases and portfolio sites.
  • Post advertisements on job sites and social media.
  • Contact industry professionals to ask for referrals.
  • Prepare and present timetohire reports for managerial staff.
  • Stay uptodate on compensation trends and industry standards.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a similar field.
  • 23 Years' experience as a headhunter.
  • Experience with social media and online advertising.
  • Charismatic and professional demeanor.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with report writing and data analytics

Salary:
₹40, ₹65,000.00 per month
