Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our nursing coaching institute.

The primary responsibilities of this role include following up on new admissions, providing student counseling, and handling inbound and outbound calls.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on new admissions and provide information about our nursing coaching programs
  • Conduct student counseling sessions to understand their needs and guide them towards the right course
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address queries and provide assistance to potential students
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students and ensure timely followups

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the education sector
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Quarterly bonus
  • Yearly bonus
