Telecaller (Fluent in English)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads.
- Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
- Answer incoming calls from potential customers and provide information or clarify doubts.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
- Keep accurate records of calls and customer information in the database.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
Salary: 15000 to 20000 in hand
