Telecaller (Fluent in English)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads.
  • Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
  • Answer incoming calls from potential customers and provide information or clarify doubts.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
  • Keep accurate records of calls and customer information in the database.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call quotas and sales targets.

Salary: 15000 to 20000 in hand
