Description
Negotiating with truckers for timely placement of trucks at competitive rates- Assist in preparing state monthly plan for secondary logistics
- Ensure updation of transporter details
- Ensure material dispatches on time in full (OTIF) from godowns
- Optimize the logistics process of loading, unloading and movement
- Manage customer queries during / after delivery from godowns
- Train transport vendor / driver on usage of mobile app
- Conduct periodical physical stock verification at godowns
- Monitor inventory levels at godowns and provide visibility of inventory to Sales
- Screen potential secondary transporters, C&F evaluate basis criteria
- Monitor vendor performance as per criteria, provide regular feedback
- Handle inbound, outbound and transhipment and prepares invoices, documents related to the plant served.
- Manage & Update internal database of price lists to ensure the accuracy of prices/products and terms
- Manage inventory control; replenishing stock control in SG warehouse (Tuas)
- Generating samples and ensuring sample are delivered promptly
- Monitor and followup with suppliers/customers to ensure ontime and accurate shipping document submission
- Ensure timely generation and submission monthly sales reports
- Propose costeffective and efficient solutions
- Provide marketing support to Sales Manager and keeping customers informed of marketing updates
Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
