Sales Support - Data Controller


This role will act as a gatekeeper for quality control within the Sales process and be the key link for a smooth handover between the Global Sales and On-boarding teams.

The role focuses on reviewing all opportunities that are Won by the Global sales team, to ensure only accurate data is provided to the Client onboarding team at time of handover, in a timely fashion.

It will also involve preparing daily, weekly and monthly reporting for the sales organization.

The role will assist with driving revenue, conducting opportunity assessments, and helping to prioritize the launching of set up fees.


  • Review all signed opportunities, validate that all Salesforce fields are properly reflecting the signed proposal
  • Ensure system data integrity by conducting periodic reviews of key data points for all Apex clients
  • Identify if any mandatory products are missing and work with the opportunity owner to resolve and update.
  • Arrange for orders to be split and set up fees isolated and successfully launched within the agreed SLA
  • Coordinate and arrange for setup in Kimble to take place for each new Fund
  • Working closely with our sales team to drive value with Opportunity movement, updates and advise management with insights
  • Evaluating and identifying where system enhancements are required that would assist in driving growth and scale
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reporting for both the Regional & Global management teams regarding Data Quality
  • Monitor weekly the opportunities to be launched within the coming 3 months and coordinate with RMDs and HoS to formally confirm that these ones are properly reflecting our rolling forecast
  • Supporting ad hoc requests from both regional & global sales and onboarding teams
  • Collaborating crossfunctionally, adding value to the sales organization to increase impact
  • Working effectively across sales, support, IT, finance, human resources, and other functions

About you:


  • Selfmotivated, highly analytical, datadriven, and has exceptional interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills, along with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience effectively communicating with senior management
  • Experience working in highgrowth, performancefocused, ideally sales environments, knowledge of Financial services (desirable)
  • A solid understanding and ability to demonstrate Apex's core values
