Roles and Responsibilities:


  • RBI Compliance Activities:
  • Coordinate Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) scans and track mitigation efforts.
  • Assist in failover testing and restoration drills to ensure business continuity.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with backup procedures and policies.
  • Administer user access and role compliance to maintain data security.
  • Firewall Rule Review:
  • Collaborate with the Network team to review and verify firewall rules for optimal security.
  • Asset Management Validation and Reconciliation:
  • Conduct regular audits to validate and reconcile IT assets, including hardware and software.
  • Monitor EndofLife (EOL) and EndofSupport (EOS) status of assets to ensure timely replacements.
  • Track software licenses and compliance.
  • SLA Management:
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that IT services are delivered as per agreedupon standards.
  • Assist in resolving any SLA breaches or escalations.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, reports, and findings.
  • Prepare regular status reports and presentations for management.
  • Stay Updated:
  • Keep abreast of the latest RBI compliance requirements, IT best practices, and industry trends.
