    Associate, Internal Communications, Central Operations Office - Hyderabad, India - DBS Bank

    Description

    Business Function

    Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enable and empower the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology operations, people's capability and innovation. Group T&O is responsible for managing majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight internal and external business partners through multiple banking innovative delivery channels.

    Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of GSMC to promote a positive workplace culture by elevating the DTI brand among employees.
  • Craft compelling communications to highlight employee achievements and propagate DTI values.
  • Collaborate on cross-regional initiatives with our Singapore teams.
  • Generate and manage content, including tech and non-tech blogs, as well as internal newsletters.
  • Oversee intranet updates, internal branding, and email marketing initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement through impactful messaging and regular communication channels.
  • Quantify the effectiveness of communication strategies and iterate for improved
  • Requirements

  • 2-5 years in a similar role, preferably in corporate internal communications.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-driven with excellent time management abilities.
  • Skilled in copywriting across diverse formats and styles.
  • Familiarity with a range of communication technologies including web, print, and video.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools like Sprinklr or Talkwalker is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Canva and Microsoft SharePoint is a bonus.
  • Must excel in a collaborative environment, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong team communication skills, facilitating clear and constructive interactions across departments.
