Description

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients to determine their CRM needs and requirements.
  • Design and customize CRM systems based on client specifications, ensuring scalability and infrastructure stability.
  • Implement and configure CRM software, including data migration and integration with thirdparty systems.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure CRM systems are functioning correctly.
  • Train clients on how to use and maintain their CRM systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM systems.
  • Manage CRM data and ensure data accuracy.
  • Develop and implement sales automation workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards for clients to track key CRM metrics.
  • Ability to Monitor Client's Sales Process and Reporting
  • Familiarity with system Integrations and 3rd party integrations
  • Ability to Create Training and Support Documents
  • Monitor Best Practices
Additional Requirements

  • Strong background in Zoho CRM support, including two plus (2+) years' experience administering or supporting a Zoho and CRM environment.
  • Inside Sales support experience.
  • Strong project management skills, managing complex projects with many moving pieces, and commitment to task completion, including figuring out processes and moving projects from vision to implementation.
  • Data analysis skills, both within and outside of Zoho.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member, including coordinating team members and clients.
  • Wellorganized and highly selfmotivated. (10)
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, multiple CRM platforms (especially Zoho, but others are a bonus), PowerPoint, and Zoho Projects.
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks under strict deadlines.

Requirements:


  • Strong understanding of Zoho CRM Apps Platforms
  • Preferably Zoho One Platform
  • Experience with CRM customization and configuration
  • Experience in designing CRM infrastructure and process mapping, and workflow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM design and implementation
  • Familiarity with data migration and integration
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English (Written and Verbal)

Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
