We are known for our well-organized programs following proper safety standards and conduct of cleanliness. TTH was founded in 2008 by highly experienced and passionate trekkers and mountaineers.
With over a decade of experience, we have helped Adventure Tourism spread in almost all the hilly states of India.
With each year we have a staff growing in their credibility, knowledge, and experience. Our aim is to make hiking, trekking safe in India. This will eventually provide scope for Adventure Activities to emerge in India.WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are searching for someone to join our team as Sales Co Ordinator.
The duties and responsibilities for this position are sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales target, co ordinating sales activities and maintaining good customer relationships, handling administrative duties.
We have presence in India, Nepal, Russia, Africa, Thailand, Spain and Sri lanka.In order to be successful in this position, you should have excellent organizational skills, you should also possess strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and have 3 to 4 years previous work experience in a similar field, then this job might be the right fit for you
Requirements:
3 + Years of sales experience
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Strong verbal and written communicator
Excellent phone and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office, excel, CRM sales software programs
Good negotiation problem-solving skills
Job Details:
Researching prospects and generating leads
Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints
Managing sales process through specific software programs
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wished and concern
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and revenue data
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
