Intern Position:

Customer Support


Education:

B. Tech (CS / IT), MCA, BCA


City:

Ahmedabad


Shift Timing:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon to Fri)


Technical Knowledge:

HTML, CSS, Server Side deployment, Google Dialog Flow, Web server, My SQL DB, Oracle, Linux


Required Skills:


  • Experience or Fresher's with sound understanding of help desk support
  • Excellent spoken as well as written communication
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi languages
  • Working knowledge of databases/ Remote control tools
  • Strong clientfacing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills
  • Customer service orientation

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide good care to users/customers
  • Identify and build a repository of bugs/issues
  • Conduct telephonic surveys/engage users/customers
  • Generate MIS reports periodically
