Description
Hiring for Customer Care Executive ( International Process)Responsibilities:
- Responsible to answer the OUTBOUND CALLS professionally & provide information about the product.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on Customer requests.
- Refer Unresolved Customer Grievances or special requests to senior authorities.
Requirements:
- Good command on spoken English with fluency.
- Undergraduate with 6 Months experience can apply. Graduate Freshers can also apply.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
