Map and drive Indirect Channel strategy in the region; Maximize profitability of Indirect Channel in the long run in alignment with business objectives; Manage business development pipeline against objectives; Collaborate with indirect sales team to explore new opportunities and optimize route to market for direct / indirect business; Develop the offering for Indirect Channel including the launch of innovations; Prepare the ROI calculations and assess the financial impact for the specific marketing activities / product; promotions; Collect market information (trends, competitors, regulations, economics; Lead value added distributors development, thro' monthly meetings, KPI reviews, Dealer's sales team development, pipeline generation, stock management and top end customer's relationship management; Lead and manage monthly sales target with clear growth, trial plans, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
