    Description
    We are looking for a proficient Collaboration Specialist who is well-versed in Microsoft365 Management to join our team. As a Collaboration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

    You will be expected to be an expert in Office 365 technologies and be able to handle O365 operations with ease.

    Responsibilities:



    • Possess strong expertise in Microsoft365 Setup and Configurations.
    • Conduct meetings with Global site leads for improvements and challenges, manage vendors.
    • Redefine existing procedures by filling the loopholes in the process.
    • Design high level and lowlevel documents (SOPs).
    • Handle issues with Microsoft365 Teamwork Platform.
    • Perform detailed review of any major incident and follow problem management practices to avoid any recurrence.
    • Handle issues at L2+ level and assist or guide team for issue resolutions.
    • Perform routine analysis on compliance policies and proactively check and fix possible incidents on infra.
    • Assign Role Based Access controls (RBAC) for different roles.
    • Create, Maintain, Update, Deploy and Delete Microsoft retention policies.
    • Manage Microsoft365 Licensing endtoend process.

    Requirements




    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
    • 4+ years of experience in IT services
    • Expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
    • Strong understanding of Office 365 technologies
    • Experience in handling O365 operations
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
