Calling the leads assigned and converting them into potential prospects by providing information about the products or services.- Contacting existing customers to create an upsell or crosssell opportunity
- Educating the customer about products and services
- Collecting all the required documents and communicating all the information with Operational Manager and client.
- Updating the CRM reports Daily.
- Understanding their pain areas by asking relevant questions and giving solutions by selling our products and services.
Skills Required:
- Employee requires patience, persuasiveness, and persistence.
- Employee should have excellent communication and problemsolving skills by understanding the pain areas and giving the correct solution.
- Employee should have the ability to build a rapport with the customers, which in turn will create repeated business through good customer relations.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
