Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for analyzing, testing, and deploying data products that meet the needs of stakeholders
  • Data analysis: Analyzing data products to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for new features or enhancements. This involves analyzing usage data, customer feedback, and other metrics to inform product development decisions.
  • Product design and development: Working with product managers and engineers to capture test requirements for data products that meet the needs of stakeholders. This includes defining product requirements, creating user stories, and developing product roadmaps.
  • Data governance: Ensuring that data products are compliant with data governance policies and procedures. This involves working with data governance teams to ensure that data products are secure, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Product documentation: Creating product documentation, including user guides, training materials, and release notes, to ensure that stakeholders understand how to use data products effectively.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Engaging with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure that data products meet their requirements. This includes collaborating with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand their use cases and provide support as needed.
  • Has End to End ownership mindset in driving initiatives through completion
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with mínimal oversight
  • Mentors other team members effectively to unlock full potential
  • Prior experience working in an Agile/Product based environment
  • Provides strategic feedback to vendors on service delivery and balances workload with vendor teams

Qualifications & Experience:


  • 12 years of handson experience in manual testing and automated testing, preferably in a cloud environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in automation development and testing using
    Python (such as pytest), experience in automating the test cases for embedded software.
  • 12 year proven working experience as a data analyst, tester or business data analyst with focus on planning, executing and consolidating data product testing including unit testing, integration testing, performance testing etc.
  • At least 2 years technical expertise in analysis, testing and visualization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with cloudbased data technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Functional knowledge or prior experience in Lifesciences Research and Development domain is a plus
  • Experience in working with agile and productoriented teams that work effectively with teams in US and other global BMS site.
  • Initiates challenging opportunities that build strong capabilities for self and team
