Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the daytoday operations of the ICU department.
Managing a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring smooth workflow.
Implementing and enforcing protocols and procedures for patient care.
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure holistic patient care.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSc) or equivalent.
Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Post Basic BSc Nursing (PB BSc).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in ICU nursing.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Pay:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
