Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations

  • Knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts/letters, employee leaves, and insurance)
  • Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations
  • PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus, Labour welfare fund, Maternity Act, POSH act, Industrial dispute act etc all applicable for IT companies
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • Handling administration of all contract labor Audits
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management under various labour act and apprentice act
  • Manage operational activities as preparation of letters, notices etc
  • Any other HR operation related tasks
  • Fair Knowledge of Excel
