Description
Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations- Knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts/letters, employee leaves, and insurance)
- Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations
- PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus, Labour welfare fund, Maternity Act, POSH act, Industrial dispute act etc all applicable for IT companies
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
- Handling administration of all contract labor Audits
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management under various labour act and apprentice act
- Manage operational activities as preparation of letters, notices etc
- Any other HR operation related tasks
- Fair Knowledge of Excel
