Description

The order to cash cycle (O2C or OTC), is how business receives, processes, manages, and completes customer orders.

This means handling all aspects of the sale including shipping the items, collecting the payment, creating invoices, and reporting on the end-to-end process.

The OTC impacts your bottom line and relationships with your customers, so the process must be well-optimized from receiving the order, manage customer payment, fulfill order, ship order to customer, create the invoice, collect payment & report and analyze data.

Professionals need to work in collaboration with sales teams and help them increase their productivity, along with ensuring that sales, marketing and delivery operations function efficiently.

• Reduce ordertofulfillment time for your customers
• Minimize the need for customer support rep intervention
• Fulfill orders accurately the first time they're placed
• Fulfill orders in a timely fashion for customers
• Ensure a quick conversion of receivables and collections for customers
• Avoid order and form information reentry
• Prove to customers your business is professional and you value their time
• Avoid backorders and make sure you have enough product
• Improve your data reporting and accuracy of records over time

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
