Your new role - challenging and future-oriented

Use 2D and 3D software to model designs and individual parts to support the generation of engineering drawings and BOM.

Collaborate with European factories for further product enhancements. Effectively communicate among cross functional teams.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering preferred
510 years working experience as a design engineer (or related roles)

Technical skills

Advanced user of 3D CAD software (eg. CREO/PROe/Inventor/UG), PDM Link/Teamcentre, 2D CAD (eg. AUTOCAD),
Familiar with product requirements in IEC 60310 / IEC
Knowledge of calculations and designing transformer tank, stiffeners, cover and external components.
Thorough knowledge of materials to define and to prepare specification of major items.
Knowledge of selecting of accessories in locomotive and cast resin transformers.

Key Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication in English is necessary.
Selfmotivated to produce high quality results within the time allocated, with limited supervision
Good experience of working with Global Engineering teams in project execution
Effective coordination among manufacturing, suppliers, and customer
Experience with SAP
