The purpose of the ISMS position is to provide support to the Delivery projects and Functions on Processes and Policy Definition and Implementation based on ISO 27001 and related standards, establish Governance, Risk and Compliance and do the audits of the functions and Projects based on ISO 27001, NIST etc.
Should have practical implementation experience and very good knowledge of ISO 27001 controls
Should have experience in definition of all related policies and procedures covering ISO 27001 Controls
Should be a certified ISO 27001 Lead auditor
Should have extensive experience in conducting Information Systems audits based on ISO 27001 as well as other Security standards like HITRUST, NIST etc
Should have knowledge in GRC tools like Archer and Audit Board
Should have implementation and assessment experience of GDPR, HIPAA
Should have development and implementation knowledge of Risk and Compliance management including
Risk assessment for organization
Vendor risk assessments
Development of policies & procedures
Development of Risk treatment plan based on compliance requirements
Should be aware of different Cybersecurity models and frameworks like CMMC etc
Should have very good understanding of SDLC and be aware of ISO 9001 and CMMI Frameworks
Should have excellent interpersonal communication skills
