As an Architect at our company, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of architectural projects.

You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients to understand their architectural needs and preferences.
  • Create detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and drawings.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential data for projects.
  • Coordinate with the project team, including engineers, designers, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Provide expert advice on construction materials and methods.
  • Review and approve project plans and specifications.
  • Stay updated on the latest architectural trends and technologies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional architectural experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
  • Strong design and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
