About the role:


In this role, you will support the marketing effort for the restaurant brand, the upcoming e-commerce brand and other initiatives (we're constantly experimenting).


Facets of the role include:

  • Find and evaluate events for brand promotion
  • Create and maintain a quarterly events calendar
  • Negotiate the best deals for the brand with event organisers
  • Develop a budget sheet for each event
  • Coordinate and plan with the restaurant/ecom operations team
  • Maintain external vendor databases and manage all event logistics across cities
  • Work with the internal marketing team and external agencies/designers to prepare all brand marketing collateral
  • Make sure the event is documented for social media and other marketing channels by commissioning photographers/videographers
  • Keep stock of sales, merchandise and other items sold/distributed at events
  • Maintain an expense sheet for each event and make sure that each event is executed within the stipulated budget
  • Make sure all bills, documents and files are organised
  • Coordinate payments and invoices related to event activities

Requirements:


  • 2 to 3 years of event management experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Open to travelling regularly to NCR, Kolkata and Bangalore
  • Possessing an operations and logistics bent of mind
  • Resourceful in building vendor lists across different cities
  • Experience/Interest in the food/hospitality industry is a bonus
  • Strong communication skills & an ability to maintain healthy work relationships
  • An agile worker, flexible and excited to work in a dynamic environment
  • Enthusiastic about learning on their own and from peers
  • A great listener, respectful to all people, whatever their background
  • Curious about Burma (Myanmar), the region's culinary heritage and creating memorable experiences around these themes

Salary:
₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
