Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders within Engineering to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced environment

Bring their past experience to Install, Setup and Maintain new instances of Gitlab on AWS

• Develop features and improvements on our self-hosted GitLab with mínimal guidance and support from other team members
• Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance
• Solve technical problems of large scope and complexity
• Craft scripts and code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review

Required Qualifications

• A minimum 4 years of professional software engineering experience in an Agile environment

AWS Certification:
Associate Developer or Associate Solutions Architect

• Working knowledge of IaC and automation

Example:
CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK, Ansible, Pulumi, etc.

• GitLab Certified System Admin Specialist
• Working experience with Python
• Working experience with Linux
• Basic working knowledge of Docker
• Great troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical and architectural problems and propose thorough iterative solutions
• Self motivated and self managing
• Experience with the GitLab product as a user or contributor
• Experience working in a global, distributed, or otherwise multi-cultural team
• Enterprise software company experience
• Security mindset

Salary:
₹100, ₹1,800,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
