Responsibilities:

-
Experience with IT and Non-IT Hiring
  • US staffing:
  • Write and post technical and non-technical job descriptions.
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT and Non-IT resumes
  • Perform prescreening calls to analyse applicants abilities
  • Compose job offer letters
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
  • Keep uptodate with new technological trends and products.
  • Responsible in handling the recruitment team

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a US staffing recruiter with 25 yrs of experience
  • Recruitment expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Onsite Job with 5 days working.

Males are preferred

Salary:
₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
