- Certified 'Trainthetrainer' or prior experience in training
- Good in presentation, communication and articulation skills
- Good collaboration skills and ability to work with Senior Management
- Ability to lead initiatives and manage time effectively
- Attention to details, questions the process, displays quality and innovative mindset
- Selflearner and supports transformation
- Possesses knowledge on accounting principles
- Conduct Functional and Technical trainings like Alteryx, Power Automate, Qlik Sense, Problem Solving tools training as per training calendar
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure video based training modules are created for Accounting function
- Coordinate with Managers/ Supervisors to ensure video based training modules are created for L1 and L2 trainings
- Drive/ Deliver IT digital tools, innovation, and upskilling trainings for Accounting
- Coordinate cross functional trainings, process and desk procedure reviews
- Monitor GIS compliance and AFR certification for Accounting
