Tasks

Job Description:

Be the Product Owner and the main stakeholder contact for one of our products and run Implementation through Agile process
Work closely with your agile team, participating in sprint activities and ensuring that the team delivers effective customer solutions
Have endtoend responsibility for improving the product within your team's mission
Work crossfunctionally with consultants, designers, and engineers to improve the user experience and develop new features for millions of users
Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pains and their needs
Work datadriven, collecting information and systematically analyzing user feedback
Align with your team on goals and KPIs and execute the product roadmap based on an objectively prioritized backlog
Decompose complex problems into clearly articulated objectives

Criteria for Selection

Deep understanding of Microservice based Product Teams
Strong sense of accountability and ownership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
A selfsufficient working attitude and strong analytical skills in order to reflect the priorities of product development while making tradeoffs between decisions transparent
Ability to work independently in a resultoriented way
Experience working with digital products and technical teams
To motivate and inspire a crossfunctional team in incremental and validated growth

Qualifications - Internal

Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Information technology or Engineering

Good to have:
Written/Oral Communication in German language

Expertise in following Technical areas is Good to have.

Programming languages: Java/J2EE(Java8 and above), GO, Python, Angular
Frameworks: SpringBoot, Gin, Mockito, Junit
Database like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
Public cloud: Microsoft Azure or AWS
Microservices architecture : Service Discovery and fault tolerance mechanism

Container Orchestration:
Kubernetes, Docker

Message processing and caching mechanism: Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Redis
Terraform and Helm
Expertise on API design using OpenApi Standard 3.x
API security: OAuth 1.0/2.0Build tools and serves: Maven, Apache Tomcat/Jboss, Jenkins
Cloud Technology: Deployment & Hosting of Web services on cloud (Kubernetes)
