Description
Calling Customer to provide information about product and convince to purchase product

Resolve queries related to billing or any technical issues.

Coordinate with other teams to make sure customer queries are resolved; provide consultation to potential & interested clients.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

Excellent English/Telugu language skills

Should have own two wheeler/car.

Ability to convince and convert leads into customers.

Providing complete information to clients.


Salary:
₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year
