Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing plans to achieve targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update the database with accurate client information and communication records.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and address client needs.
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies for better results.
- Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the founder to contribute to the overall success of Recruiting Genie and Accounting Genie.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- 01 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role. Internship or relevant coursework experience will be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media channels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Selfmotivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in recruitment or accounting industries is a plus.
