Managing the vendor accounting

Ensuring timely accounting of invoice of vendor advances

Timely accounting of pending GRN

Ensure Monthly provisions

Highlight invoice booking without provision

Ensure accurate document maintenance

Coordination with Statutory auditor

Preparation of vendor payment days.

Monitoring daily payments as per plan

Variance report for Actual payment Vs Budgeted Payments

Monthly Reconciliation of Purchase register with GL.

Ensure current deduction of TDS

Ensure correct GST charged

Ensuring resolution of internal audit queries.

Ensure timely vendor reconciliation

Timely provide details for statutory litigations.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
