Description
Roles and Responsibilities- One should have good knowledge in coldcalling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
- Hands on experience in end to end Bench sales process across various IT Technologies.
- Regular interaction and Followup with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them in to projects accordingly.
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Responsible to work on Contract-Hire, Permanent and some time on a contract position.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
Salary:
Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
