We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to join our team As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for conducting market research, promoting company products, and building client relationships.

Business Development Associate duties and responsibilities:

  • Research and source potential customers and build long-term relationships with them
  • Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss investment products
  • Advise customers on the financial investment policies that best suit their needs
  • Customize insurance programs to suit individual consumers
  • Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain the benefits and risks of the policy
  • Reassess the policy needs of existing clients after lifechanging events
  • Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Resilient spirit and a persistent nature
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills and friendly attitude
  • Well organized with time great management abilities
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Illustrate our company's products and services, starting with a complete understanding and leading to customer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by encouraging warm opportunities and finding new potential sales platforms
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps
  • Set up meetings/Training or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Salary:
₹200, ₹300,000.00 per month
