This Job is For Cement tiles manufacturing plant where we require Quality and Production Supervisior.

A production supervisor is responsible for managing manufacturing processes within a specific department or a production line.


They will work closely with production and quality control staff and other company leaders to ensure that they meet production schedules, products attain a high quality standard and the organisation adheres to safety protocols.

Production supervisors may also be responsible for ensuring that equipment and machinery are in good working condition. They also ensure that the technicians identify and rectify issues in a timely manner.


These individuals typically possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a proven history of competently managing teams, and production processes.

They may be adept at working well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
