Main Purpose of Role:
Customize travel packages, address client inquiries, stay updated on international travel trends, and build strong client relationships.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Customize international travel packages, including
    flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining options.
  • Develop travel itineraries based on client preferences, ensuring a unique and enjoyable experience.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on international travel trends, destinations, and regulations.
  • Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing strategies and materials.
  • Ensure clients are aware of relevant travel safety precautions and requirements.

Competencies:


  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, Marathi or Guajarati.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of international travel destinations and trends.
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problemsolving and adaptability in a dynamic industry.
  • Teamwork and collaboration with marketing teams.
