Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Workday report reviews, ensuring security and data privacy standards
  • Assess impact on Workday reports / dashboards based on new releases and recommend changes
  • Participate to Audits

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Workday report writing (advanced Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields)
  • Working knowledge of Workday, including experience in designing, building and testing reports
  • Analytical, mathematical and problemsolving skills

Additional job Duties and Responsibilities for Lead:

  • Allocate work to the team and ensure support resolution within SLA
  • Assist and coach team on challenging requests
