Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Planning:

Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that addresses the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical needs of preschool children.

Classroom Management:

Create a positive and engaging learning environment conducive to the unique needs of young children, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Instructional Delivery:
Facilitate interactive and age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences.

Individualized Attention:
Provide personalized attention to each child, recognizing and accommodating different learning styles and abilities.

Parent Communication:

Establish and maintain open communication with parents or guardians, providing regular updates on the child's progress and addressing any concerns.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor the developmental progress of each child and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

Social and Emotional Development:
Implement strategies to support the social and emotional growth of children, fostering positive relationships and self-esteem.

Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with fellow educators, school staff, and parents to create a supportive and cohesive learning environment.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
