Job Description - Warehouse Executive

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping.

Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

Acquire knowledge of receiving a consignment in a warehouse environment, coordination with other departments, record receipts and dispatches, reconcile with advanced shipment notice dispatch list, maintenance of records on receipts and dispatches.

Ability to use the computer for electronic documentation of information and understand instructions while receipt and dispatch of material from warehouse environment.

Ability to use the company software to manage and update logs.

Exposure to warehouse procedures for better performance of warehouse.

Resolve the query within the target turnaround time (TAT).

Ability to concentrate on task at hand and complete it without errors.

Assess what is to be done to resolve the issue.

Ability to understand the additional information required and contact details of the relevant personal in the department.

Able to communicate and behave in a professional manner when dealing with colleagues and supervisors.

Knowledge of Risk and impact of not following defined procedures/work instructions.

Able to understand clearly and gaining extensive knowledge of the company, services offered, and related solutions to problems.

Exposure to Reporting and documentation.

Ability to carry out basic organizational procedures in resolving the query and updating the unsolved query to suit requirements.

Ability to understand and maintain health, safety and security standards during inbound and outbound operations.

Requirement:
Graduate or Equivalent.

Must have Warehouse Handling Experience of 1 to 2 Years.

Basic Excel Knowledge is Must.

Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.

Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.

Pay:
₹17, ₹20,576.54 per month
