    Answer inbound calls within the guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently archives call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.

    SITEL is hiring for International Technical Support Voice Process.

    Job Details:

    1. Age: 18 years to 35 years

    2. Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).

    3. Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)

    4. Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.

    5. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English

    6. Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)

    Salary: As per Market Standards

    Job Profile:

    1. International Voice (Technical Support)

  • Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers
  • Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
  • Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
  • Must-Havestrong Technical Knowledge(Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
  • Working Days: 5 days working
  • Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
  • Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop.
  • Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Operations Round.
  • All Interviews will happen over telephonic or Skype.
