i Team Lead with 10 12 years of strong understanding of BigPanda AWS Cloud Micro services OS etc

ii Good experience working on Application configuration Metrics parameters

iii Should have good understanding of Application Topology and Network protocols

iv Good Understanding of Scripting languages

v Should have good awareness about Application Codes

vi Should be able to do analysis of Data and Trends

vii Should be able to understand requirement Not exactly like BA but should able to relate need of Application Teams for critical app parameters

viii Should have good understanding of Monitoring systems

ix Should be good in Team Management

x Good written verbal communication skills to prioritize work and manage operational activities
**xi Flexible to work in 24 7 support environment xii Knowledge on ITIL process
