  • Create, maintain, and assume accountability for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Grants Payments processing
  • Liaisoning with Grants Payments, iGPS team, Project/Site study teams for issue resolution
  • Documentation, back up and Reporting of payments processing
  • Support Grant payments teams of Europe, Americas, Asia Pac, India.
  • Support any related Account Reconciliations, WHT compliance.
  • Support audit process.
  • Assist in any other finance operations/accounting related activity as needed.
  • Role Purpose:
  • Grant Payments processing of various Regions, countries.
  • Preparation of various related reconciliations/ reports.
  • Assist in auditing process & Assist for WHT/TDS, GST compliances.
  • Hands on experience in AP and General Ledger.
  • Support for bank reconciliations, Support Manager and Grants payment team.
  • Qualifications:
  • B. Com or M. Com completed with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Special Skills & Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of ERP
  • Clarity of accounting concepts
  • Key Competencies:
  • Good verbal and written language skills in English
  • Ability to compile accounting information.
  • Planning & prioritizing assigned tasks.
  • Understanding of taxation (TDS/ GST), auditing, accounting
  • Concern for data quality, eye for details
  • Good documentation practices
  • Understanding of the process compliance parameters
