Job Type - Full-time


Description - The Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of [Printing Machine/CNC Machine] to produce high-quality products according to specified standards. The operator will be required to set up, operate, and monitor the machine during production, ensuring that it runs smoothly and meets all safety and quality standards.


Responsibilities:


1.
Machine Setup:


  • Prepare and set up the [Printing Machine/CNC Machine] according to job specifications.
  • Adjust machine settings to control factors such as speed, size, and shape of output.

2.
Operation:


  • Monitor machine operations to ensure that products are produced with high quality and within specified tolerances.
  • Control and adjust machine settings as needed during the production process.
  • Inspect and measure finished products to verify conformance to specifications.

3.
Maintenance:


  • Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions.
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel for more complex repairs.

4.
Quality Control:


  • Conduct regular quality checks on output to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Identify and address issues affecting product quality

5.
Safety:


  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

6.
Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, output, and any issues encountered during production.

Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
