    Description

    About the Role:
    The position will be that of a

    Senior Analyst-Compliance and SOW Management

    and the successful candidate will report in the AVP-Commercial Transactions. The successful candidate will be a part of the Commercial Transactions vertical of the legal team at Mphasis.


    Qualifications:


    A law graduate from a premium law universityA minimum of 3 years of relevant experience handling contract compliance and review of statements of work in IT /ITES industry.

    Good academic record.
    Good stakeholder management and excellent communication.
    Ability to understand business and manage quick turnaround times.
    Plans, organizes and executes tasks, activities and initiative effectively and efficiently.


    Responsibilities:
    Track contractual compliance once contracts are executed.
    Build, maintain and administer contract compliances with internal stakeholders.

    Draft, review and negotiate statements of work and allied documentation such as SOW addendum , Change request , purchase orders, standalone documents.

    Provide SOW and compliance management advisory and support.
    Work on strategic projects that will involve abstraction of data and compliance mining.
    Advice business partner and other stakeholders on contract interpretation
