Major Deliverables

• Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
• Identify and reduce all business, compliance and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
• Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
• Determine internal audit scope and develop monthly, quarterly and annual plans.
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audits results and document process.
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management.
• Bringing company strengths and weaknesses to the attention of management and providing advice as they develop responses or fixes for these issues.
• Qualifications: CA completed or Pursing is required.

Essential Attributes & Experience

3+ years of experience in Auditing

Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.

Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills

• Experience in internal audit environment.

Salary:
₹450, ₹580,000.00 per year
